Rosella Jam

Description

This tasty jam has a sharp and tangy flavour and works well with roast pork, glazing the Christmas ham, with cheese and crackers or my favourite a spoonful of Rosella jam in some vanilla or greek yoghurt for a healthy breakfast with some macadamia nuts. Try Rosella jam on your favourite toast or drizzled over cream cheese for easy entertaining.
